Here is how it works.  You can either email us or give us a call.  After talking with either Robert or Bob we can generate an estimate for you based on your individual riding needs.  The cost of an estimate is 100.00.  This 100.00 is non-refundable, however should you decide to get the work done at J.E.T. it works as a deposit and goes toward your ending balance.  This 100.00 does not only get you an estimate, it also secures you an appoinment date and generates a work order number for you.  Your number is then automatically put on our work order board so that when your appointment comes up, your parts are ordered, your heads are ready, and your turn around time is minimized.  You can also take this number and go to our Job Status page and check the status of your order.  There you will find the date we started, finished, and any other activity going on with your motorcycle. 

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least a week in advance, if possible.  We understand that inclimate weather may occasionally effect someone's ability to get his or her bike here.  Your deposit is still good for another 30 days after your original appointment date.
