Fluids Tip:

It is important to change your oil every 2500-3000 miles.  The more often you change your oil the better. 

As  far as transmission fluid, we recommend you run 75-90W transmission fluid in your transmission.  The smoothness and quietness of the transmission will be greatly increased as opposed to running the 3-1 oils.
