Precision: At Johnson Engine Technology,  we have the calibrated tooling that allows us to work to tolerances of 0.0001” (a human hair is 0.002” in diameter, so we can work to tolerances 20 times smaller than the hair on your head).  Being able to work to such tight tolerances allows us to build each engine to exacting standards because we can control the clearances in each engine we build. Precision engine builds allow us to build engines that are ready to go as soon as you pick it up, precise tolerances means there is no engine break or wear in period.

Performance: At Johnson Engine Technology we have been racing and winning for decades. Throughout this time, we have scientifically learned what it takes to make winning horsepower. Our time in racing allows us to make lots of horsepower and torque, while still having extremely good low end and broad mid-range power. We do this by starting off with our high velocity cylinder heads,  selecting a compression ratio and camshaft that will suit your riding style, then matching it to the best intake and exhaust systems.  

Reliability: To win you must first finish. In our decades of racing we have learned how to make lots of power, precisely build bikes and identifying key areas that must be addressed to reliably cross the finish line in 1st place.  Throughout our quest for victory we have developed relationships with the best manufacturers in the USA, we use these same vendors for the parts that go in your bike.
